Some of our customers have taken advantage of the separate insurance we offer for Financial Failure and employees of those companies should refer to the policy wording which gives details of who to contact in the event of a claim. That provider has issued a guidance note available by clicking here. That separate policy will still require that you seek redress from any credit/debit card or other bonding arrangement that operates for your trip but may cover the cost of the lost holiday, or repatriation, where this is not covered elsewhere.
Customers that have not taken this insurance cover may be able to make a claim against their credit/debit card or other bonding arrangement but will not have any insurance cover arranged by Crispin Speers & Partners.
The ESF policy wording is a separate document to which your employer can direct you.
